Beenham Wind Orchestra held their annual Christmas concert
at Beenham Primary School on Friday. Everyone got into the festive spirit, with
the orchestra wearing Christmas tops and draped in colourful tinsel, and with
an interactive performance with the option for the audience to join in with the
carols.
The evening was attended by villagers and family and friends
of the orchestra members. All were treated to mince pies and mulled wine.
The musical performance was a mix of traditional Christmas
pieces, interspersed with carols. There was an excellent rendition of Christmas
songs from some of the brass players and a memorable rendition of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas sung
by Chloe Anderson
The Concert was a great success and the people of Beenham
enjoyed a very entertaining evening.
