Summer 2018

It seems the sun always shines for Englefield Flower Show and this year was no exception. In fact the sun shone on all our outdoor events.

We had a mini conductor  helping out with 'Sea Songs', our opening piece.

Jonathan doubled the tuba section by bringing along a friend from Germany.

Neil on percussion at Phyllis Court, Henley Regatta. Conductor is sitting in the horn section, something not quite right there.

Summer season over, pint drunk, conductor gone home.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Band on the Rec was a great success. It seemed like most of Beenham turned out to hear us play. The barbecue raised over £400 for 'Reading Refugees' and thanks go to the Six Bells for providing the bar and to the Ice Cream van which was a welcome addition this year.
